Low-temperature thermostatic baths are generally heated by resistance wires and cooled by compressors, and are supplemented with PID controllers to maintain a relatively standard temperature to achieve the experimental purpose. The shell is made of metal plates, and the control box is directly installed on the water tank. There are two water inlets and outlets for the condensate pipe next to it, and the imported high-quality water pump is used as the circulation power in the water tank, which solves the problem of uneven warm water and makes the temperature control accuracy and water uniformity of the low-temperature thermostat reach higher requirements.

Daily maintenance and maintenance of low temperature thermostat
1. The air-cooled low-temperature thermostatic bath unit starts up depending on whether the fan rotates correctly. If it is turned forward, it can be turned on, and if it is reversed, it means that the power connection is reversed, and the sequence needs to be changed before starting.
2. Keep the machine room clean and well ventilated, and clean the condenser regularly to ensure the normal and stable operation of the unit.
3. When the unit has a fault alarm and shutdown, first press the stop button of the unit (the alarm light will go out), and then check the cause of the fault. It is forbidden to start the unit forcibly until the fault is eliminated.
4. It is not allowed to shut down the unit by cutting off the main power supply except in emergency situations; if the unit is not used for a long time in winter, turn off the unit first, then turn off the main power supply, and drain the water in the system.
5. If the low-temperature thermostat has been used for more than six months, or the high and low pressure switches often fail, or the cooling capacity is reduced, please arrange for staff to clean the condenser.
6. For air-cooled low-temperature thermostatic bath, please keep the surface of the cooling coil of the low-temperature thermostat clean to ensure that the surrounding air is circulating and the temperature is low. Regularly clean the dirt on the coil to ensure a good heat exchange effect
