The low temperature constant temperature bath has a high uniformity of the temperature field because of its own circulation system, and more and more experiments are applied to the low temperature constant temperature bath. Mainly used in petroleum, chemical, electronic instrumentation, physics, chemistry, biological engineering, medicine and health, life science, light industry and food, physical testing and chemical analysis research departments, colleges and universities, corporate quality inspection and production departments, working for users It provides a field source with controlled heat and cooling and uniform temperature. It can conduct constant temperature tests or tests on test samples or products. It can also be used as a heat or cold source for direct heating or cooling and auxiliary heating or cooling.
  What are the precautions for using a low temperature thermostat?
  1. Before using the low-temperature thermostat, add liquid medium (pure water, alcohol, methyl silicone oil) to the tank, and the liquid level of the medium should be less than 20mm below the worktable, otherwise the heater will be damaged when it is powered on;
  2, the selection of the liquid medium in the low-temperature thermostat should comply with the following principles:
  When the working temperature is lower than 5℃, alcohol is generally used as the liquid medium;
  When the working temperature is 5~85℃, the liquid medium is generally water;
  When the working temperature is 85~95℃, 15% glycerin aqueous solution can be used as the liquid medium, which can reduce water evaporation;
  When the working temperature is higher than 95°C, oil is generally used as the liquid medium, and the open cup flash point of the selected oil should be higher than the working temperature by 50°C; generally, methyl silicone oil with lower viscosity is used.
  3. Power supply: 220V50Hz, the power of the power supply should be greater than the total power of the instrument, and the power supply must have a good "grounding" device;
  4. The instrument should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, with no obstacles within 300mm around the instrument;
  5. When the working temperature of the constant temperature bath is high, be careful not to open the upper cover and do not enter the bath to prevent burns;
  6. After use, all switches are turned off and the power is cut off;
  7. Avoid acid and alkali substances entering the tank to corrode the coil and the inner tank.
  8. The instrument should be cleaned regularly. If it is not used for a long time, empty the medium in the tank and wipe it clean to keep the work surface and operation panel tidy;
  9. Always pay attention to observe the height of the liquid level in the tank. When the liquid level is too low, add liquid medium in time
  10. When the liquid is externally circulated, the customer should pay special attention to the firmness of the connection of the lead-out tube to prevent it from falling off to avoid liquid leakage.
