How to use the incubator

The incubator has a two-way temperature control system for cooling and heating, and the function of temperature control. It is an indispensable laboratory equipment for plants, biology, microorganisms, genetics, viruses, medicine, environmental protection, etc., and is widely used in low temperature. Constant temperature test, cultivation test, environmental test, etc.

Steps for usage:

1. The incubator should be placed in a clean, tidy, dry and ventilated work room.

2. Before use, all control switches on the panel should be in non-working state.

3. Place the test sample on the incubator. When placing the test sample, keep a proper interval between the test bottles (or utensils) to facilitate the convective circulation of cold (hot) air.

4. Turn on the external power supply, place the power switch in the "on" position, and the indicator light is on.

5. Choose the culture temperature

Press the SET key to set the temperature, press the SET key until the lower row of the digital tube flashes, indicating that the meter enters the temperature. In the setting state, press the △ key to increase the setting value, press the ▽ key to decrease the setting value, and press the SET key again, the instrument returns to the normal working state and the temperature setting is completed.

Error revision

The displayed value can be corrected when it is confirmed that the value displayed by the meter is not the correct measured value. Press the SET key for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument. After selecting the parameter SC, cooperate with the △ or ▽ key to modify this parameter. The range of sensor error correction is +50 to -50. After the correction is completed, press the SET key for 3 seconds to exit. The correction value of the instrument is 0 when it leaves the factory. When using it, prevent the correct display from being corrected to incorrect.

The product can adapt to most control systems. Only when the control effect is particularly unsatisfactory, the auto-tuning can be started. Press the SET key for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument. After selecting the parameter At, cooperate with the △ or ▽ key to start the auto-tuning. The indicator light starts to flicker and the instrument enters the working state of auto-tuning parameters. The instrument control heating system fluctuates nearly twice at the set point. When the At light is off, auto-tuning ends, and the new PID parameters are locked in the chip.

Precautions:

1. Do not use the instrument when the battery indicator indicates that the battery is exhausted. If the instrument will not be used for a long time, please remove the battery and store it.

2. Do not store or use the instrument in high temperature, high humidity, flammable, explosive and strong electromagnetic field environments.

3. Use a damp cloth or detergent to clean the case of the instrument, do not use abrasives or solvents.

4. When the instrument is wet, dry it before storing.
