1. It can be used at medium speed within the speed range, which can extend the service life of the instrument.
2. The instrument should be placed on a firm workbench, and the environment should be kept clean and tidy, ventilated and dry, and convenient for water supply and drainage.
3. Before using the instrument, set the speed control knob to the minimum position and turn off the "oscillation switch".
4. Pay attention to the following points when loading the culture test bottle: ①evenly distribute; ②the amount of liquid should not be too small to prevent the test bottle from floating; ③seal the mouth of the test bottle to prevent condensation water from dripping into the test bottle.
5. Pour tap water into the water tank, the water level should be slightly higher than the inner liquid level of the culture test bottle.
6. Turn on the external power supply, place the power switch in the "on" position, and the indicator light is on.
7. Choose constant temperature:

a. Set temperature: Press the SET key to set or view the temperature set point. Press the SET key once and the digital tube characters start to flash, indicating that the instrument enters the setting state, press the △ key to increase the value, press the ▽ key to decrease the value, long press the △ or ▽ key, the data will change quickly, press SET again Press the key to return to the normal working state and the temperature setting is completed, and the heating indicator light is on.

b. Setting in advance: Press the SET key for 3 seconds to enter the inner parameter setting state. The first parameter that appears and flashes is the stop advance. The advance parameter should be carefully adjusted. In order to reduce the temperature overshoot, the instrument will cut off the heating in advance when the heating output is controlled, and start heating again when the temperature drops below the advance , The output (relay) will not work within the range of the set value and advance, so that the number of relay actions can be reduced to extend the service life of the relay. Example: If the set value is 50.0℃ and the advance is 0.5, the relay will release when the meter controls heating to 49.5℃, and the relay will be closed again when the temperature drops to 50.0℃-0.5℃=49.5℃. The larger the lead, the fewer the relay action times, and the excessive lead will reduce the control accuracy. After adjusting the advance parameter, press the SET key for 3 seconds and the instrument returns to the working state. ﹙Note: The advance setting is specially set to prevent the temperature surge from being too high after the heating stops. Generally, there is no need to modify it.

c. Error correction: the displayed value can be corrected when it is confirmed that the value displayed by the meter is not the correct measured value. Press the SET key for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument, the first parameter that appears and flashes is E00, which is the advance amount, and the parameter that appears and flashes by pressing the SET button again is the error correction parameter, which can be modified with the △ or ▽ key parameter. The range of error correction is -9.9°C to +9.9°C. After the correction is completed, press the SET button to exit. The correction value of the meter is 0.0 when it leaves the factory, and it is necessary to prevent the correct display from being corrected to incorrect when using it.

8. Select the timing and set the timing knob to the "timing" or "normally open" position.
9. Turn on the "oscillation switch", the indicator light is on, slowly adjust the speed control knob, observe the speed display screen, and rise to the required speed.
10. Before each shutdown, the switches should be placed in a non-working state, the timer should be set to "zero", and the power supply should be cut off.
11. It is forbidden to use the heater when the water tank is dry. If the instrument is not to be used for a long time, drain the water from the water tank and dry it with a soft cloth.

Four, digital display water bath constant temperature oscillator maintenance:
1. Correctly use and pay attention to the maintenance of the instrument to keep it in good working condition, which can extend the service life of the instrument.
2. During continuous operation of the instrument, regular inspections should be done every three months: check whether water droplets, dirt, etc. have fallen on the motor and control components; check the water quality and cleanliness in the water tank; check the fuse, control components and tightness Fasten the screws.
3. The bearings of the oscillator drive part have been filled with a proper amount of grease before leaving the factory. During the continuous operation of the instrument, grease should be filled every six months, and the filling amount is about 1/3 of the bearing space.
4. The natural wear and tear of the instrument after long-term use is normal.
