1. The large-capacity high-speed centrifuge should be inspected regularly during use to ensure that the centrifuge's functions, important parts and safety protection measures are in normal working conditions, and the correct small, medium, and overhaul period should be formulated.

2. After the large-capacity high-speed centrifuge has been used for six months, it must be carefully inspected and maintained once, and recorded, the main inspection contents are as follows:

1. Replace the grease (No. 3 molybdenum disulfide lithium grease) after careful cleaning of the lubricating parts. The main lubrication parts of this machine include the upper and lower bearings of the main shaft, the clutch bearing, the spherical washer of the pendulum rod and the flat shaft of the brake device.
2. Whether the connectors are loose or corroded, and whether the lining and cladding are broken.
3. Whether the friction plates of the brake device and the clutch are worn, and whether the V-belt is worn or stretched.
4. Whether the pendulum rod, spring, and spherical washer are damaged or stuck.
5. Whether the bearing is damaged or excessively worn, whether the inner and outer rings are loosely matched with the shaft and shell.
6. Whether each gasket is aging or deteriorated, causing leakage.
7. Whether the drum is deformed or corroded, especially the corrosion condition of the longitudinal welds, if the welds are obviously thinned or show a black honeycomb microporous structure, there are obvious cracks at the interface between the weld and the base metal, and there is no percussion weld Metal noise and other phenomena should be stopped immediately.

3. According to the inspection results of the large-capacity high-speed centrifuge, decide to clean, replace or repair. If the drum is severely deformed or corroded, and the rotating parts are severely worn, it should be overhauled or replaced, and emergency measures such as surface repair welding should not be used.

4. The integrity of the large-capacity high-speed centrifuge should be guaranteed, and it is not allowed to dismantle, change parts, components, or add accessory devices at will.

5. Disassembly and adjustment method of main components of large-capacity high-speed centrifuge:

1. Rotary drum: remove the outer shell, spindle guard, spindle nut and washer, etc., use the two disassembly screw holes on the upper end of the bottom of the drum, press the bottom plate of the self-made disassembly tool on the bottom end of the drum with two screws, and turn it gradually Tightly push out the screw and push the bottom of the drum out of the main shaft. If the fit is tight due to the corrosion of the cone hole, the bottom surface can be knocked evenly with a wooden square, and the drum can be unloaded with the screw.
2. The centrifuge with lifting equipment can lift the chassis, otherwise, it can be supported on the bottom surface of the chassis (near the three lugs) with a hydraulic jack, and evenly press the top of the chassis to pull out the pendulum pin at the lower end of the pendulum rod. Determine the thickness of the washer between the spherical washer and the suspension lug of the chassis according to the amount of unevenness, install additional washer and swing rod pin to reset the chassis.
3. Clutch: For centrifuges with a smaller diameter, the clutch is generally installed under the motor. When disassembling, first loosen the blind cover and the shaft end retaining ring, pull the clutch out of the motor shaft end with a puller, and then force out the drive shaft, the clutch block and bearing can be cleaned or replaced respectively. Remove the connecting screw between the bearing seat and the chassis, the main bearing part together with the driven pulley can be lifted out from the top of the chassis. After pulling out the pulley, remove the upper and lower bearing caps to remove the main shaft and the bearing from the bearing Lift out from the seat and clean or replace the inner cavity and bearing of the bearing seat. For centrifuges with a diameter of more than 1 meter, the centrifugal clutch is generally installed at the lower end of the main shaft. It can be lifted out of the chassis together with the main bearing parts in the same way as above, remove the clutch cover and the shaft end retaining ring, and use a puller to pull the clutch as a whole Pull out from the main shaft, and then use the sleeve to force the starting wheel out, and the centrifugal block and bearing can be cleaned or replaced respectively.
4. Braking device: After removing the drum, you can see the brake ring, loosen the connecting screw on the brake handle sleeve to remove the brake handle, remove the flat head shaft and the brake pin, and then remove the brake ring , Remove the worn brake band and rivet the new brake band with aluminum rivets.
