2. Whether the connecting parts are loose or corroded, and whether the lining and coating are broken.

5. Disassembly and adjustment method of main components of large-capacity high-speed centrifuge:
1. Rotary drum: remove the outer shell, spindle guard, spindle nut and washer, etc., use the two disassembly screw holes on the upper end of the bottom of the drum, press the bottom plate of the self-made disassembly tool on the bottom end of the drum with two screws, and turn it gradually Tightly push out the screw and push the bottom of the drum out of the main shaft. 2. 3. Clutch: For centrifuges with a small diameter, the clutch is generally installed under the motor. When disassembling, first loosen the blind cover and the shaft end retaining ring, pull the clutch out of the motor shaft end with a puller, and then force out the drive shaft, the clutch block and bearing can be cleaned or replaced respectively. Remove the connecting screw between the bearing seat and the chassis, the main bearing part together with the driven pulley can be lifted out from the top of the chassis.
