I. Overview

Three, installation
1. Place the instrument on the workbench (close to the water source and power supply), and insert the frosted end of the condenser into the top of the frosted mouth of the horizontal flask.
2. The overflow hose and the condensate outlet hose can be introduced into the waste water tank; then the condensed water inlet hose is connected to the commercially available tap water pipe; then the water inlet hose is connected to the steamed raw water, and the raw water inlet hose is equipped with a water stop clamp , And finally connect the condenser interface hose to the receiving bottle.

Four, work

1. Slowly turn on the tap water switch, the water flows into the inlet of the condenser, and the water is discharged from the serpentine tube to the condenser tube. The water flow should not be too rapid to avoid damage to the instrument. Then add the steamed raw water and leave it at the overflow port until the water comes out, or use a water stop clamp to control the flow rate, and then it can work continuously.
2. Turn on the power switch, that is, the sub-boiling starts to work, and the water starts to produce after about 2 minutes, which is high-purity water.

Five, maintenance
1. At te end of each work or long-term use, the condensed water and distilled water should be drained out, and the distilled water should be drained from the water inlet. The condensed water can be discharged by unplugging the tap. This will prevent the accumulation of scale over time.
2. For long-term use of scaling, 50% HNO3 can be poured in from the distilled water inlet and immersed to the scaling place. After soaking for 2-4 hours, the hose can be drained by lowering the original water inlet. Then pour in distilled water or deionized water and rinse 3-5 times to reuse.

Six, cleaning
1. The new distiller needs to be used directly after introducing distilled water or deionized water. The quality of the water distilled in the first two days can be used for cleaning pipe walls and washing quartz bottles and polyethylene barrels. The contamination of the container cannot be ignored.
2. If the scale is serious or polluted by adding chemical reagents (such as potassium permanganate, etc.) for a long time, it can be soaked in 20% HF, but the time should not be too long, depending on the smoothness of the distiller, and deionize after soaking Rinse with water, balance and purify.
3. The distiller will not be used for a long time. All outlets should be sealed with filter paper to avoid environmental pollution. It can also be soaked in 2NHNO3 for storage.
