Precautions for using biochemical incubator

The biochemical incubator has a two-way temperature adjustment system for cooling and heating, and the function of temperature control. It is a scientific research institution, colleges, universities, production units or departmental laboratories in biology, genetic engineering, medicine, health and epidemic prevention, environmental protection, agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry. The important test equipment is widely used in low temperature and constant temperature test, culture test, environmental test, etc. The biochemical incubator controller circuit is composed of a temperature sensor, a voltage comparator and a control execution circuit.

Precautions for the use of biochemical incubator:  
1. The biochemical incubator should be installed as much as possible in a place where the temperature and humidity changes are small, and the three-pin plug and socket should be properly grounded.
2. Before starting the biochemical incubator, you should be fully familiar with and understand the instructions of the supporting instruments and meters, and master the correct use methods.
3. It is strictly forbidden to contain volatile chemical solvents? Explosive gases and flammable gases should be placed in the box. Flammable sprays should not be used near the incubator to avoid electric spark ignition.
4. Frequently check the air path for air leakage.
5. The biochemical incubator has a power-off protection function, so it takes about one and a half minutes to restart the compressor after stopping, so as to better protect the compressor.
6. The distance between the condenser of the biochemical incubator and the wall should be greater than 100mm, the side of the box should have a gap of 50mm, and the top of the box should have a space of at least 300mm to ensure good heat dissipation.
7. When handling, repairing and maintaining the biochemical incubator, collision and shaking should be avoided, and the maximum inclination should be less than 45 degrees.
8. Turn off the main power supply and the power switch at the back of the equipment when it is not used for a long time. ?At the same time, when the biochemical incubator is working, it is necessary to avoid frequent opening of the door to keep the temperature stable, and to prevent dust and dirt from entering the working room.
9. The inside and outside of the box should be kept clean every day, and should be cleaned after each use. If it is not used for a long time, it is necessary to wipe the tank wall and the surface of the equipment frequently to keep it clean and increase the transparency of the glass. Do not use acid, alkali or other corrosive solutions to wipe the outer surface.
10. Turn off the power switch after incubation. If you do not take out the experimental samples immediately, do not open the door of the box.
11. The biochemical incubator should not be used in abnormal environments such as high voltage, high current, strong magnetic field, etc., and strictly follow the electrical safety operating rules.
