Working principle of water bath
A stainless steel tubular heater is placed horizontally in the constant temperature water bath, and an aluminum shelf with holes is placed inside the sink. The upper cover is equipped with combined ferrules of different calibers, which can adapt to flasks of different calibers. There is a drain pipe on the left side of the water bath, and the right side of the thermostatic water bath is an electrical box. The front panel of the electrical box is equipped with temperature control instruments and power switches. There are electric heating pipes and sensors in the electrical box. The temperature control system uses high-quality electronic components, which are sensitive in temperature control, reliable in performance and easy to use. Its working principle is: the Cu50 sensor converts the temperature of the water in the sink into a resistance value. After being amplified and compared by the integrated amplifier, it outputs a control signal to effectively control the average heating power of the electric heating tube and keep the water in the sink at a constant temperature.

Operation and maintenance of water bath

Operation:
1. The water bath should be placed flat on a fixed platform, and the power supply voltage must be consistent with the voltage required by this box. The power socket should be a three-hole safety socket, and the ground wire must be properly connected before use.
2. Before the experiment, according to the experimental requirements, add an appropriate amount of clean water or purified water to the partition or higher. Then place the experimental utensils on the shelf and cover the holes.
3. Turn on the power, turn the power switch to the "ON" end, turn the temperature "setting-measure" switch to the "measure" end, the green light is on, and the power is heated normally, and then turn the temperature setting knob according to the desired temperature, Set the temperature. At this time, "LED" displays the set temperature value. When the set temperature is higher than the water temperature of the sink, the instrument will start heating. When the green light is on, the heater starts to heat, and when the red light is on, the heater stops heating, and the red and green lights alternately bounce to indicate that it has entered a constant temperature state. If you need to change the temperature, turn the setting knob at any time. When using it, the temperature displayed by the "LED" is the actual temperature required.
4. Turn the temperature “setting-measurement” switch to the “measurement” end, and the system will automatically measure the temperature of the reagent in the water tank. At this time, the temperature displayed by the “LED” is the actual temperature required.

Maintenance:

  1. Clean the instrument immediately after each use. Clean the water in the water bath, use a brush to lightly brush off the coarse debris in the water bath, and clean the pot. Wipe the inner and outer surfaces of the water bath with a soft cloth, and then dry it with a cleaning cloth.
  2. There should be no water droplets on the inner surface of the equipment, and the outer surface of the equipment should be bright and clean without stains.
  3. When the water bath is in use, it must be grounded reliably, and water must not overflow into the control box.
  4. Do not have no water in the water bath or the water level is lower than the electric heating tube to prevent the electric heating tube from bursting.
  5. Perform maintenance inspection of the instrument once a month, and fill in the maintenance records in time.
