1、 Product features: 

  The vertical extraction oscillator is the latest product developed and synthesized. It is safe and simple to operate, with stepless speed regulation and stable vertical rotation. 3、 Instructions for use:

1. The service life of the instrument can be prolonged if it is used at medium speed within the speed range.

2. The instrument should be placed on a firm worktable with clean and tidy environment, moderate temperature and good ventilation.

3. Press the speed fast and slow parts to adjust the oscillation frequency, and long press the speed fast / slow key, and the speed will rise rapidly. Or drop, press timing, time division to adjust the oscillation time. It is not necessary to set the time to 00:00. Then press the start key, and the machine runs slowly to the set oscillation frequency. Press the stop key to stop the machine.

4、 Maintenance

1. Correct use and attention to the maintenance of the instrument, make it in a good working state, can extend the service life of the instrument.

2. During the continuous operation of the instrument, regular inspection should be carried out every three months: check whether there are water drops and dirt falling on the motor and control elements; check the fuse, control elements and fastening screws.

3. The bearing of the rotating part has been filled with a proper amount of grease (No.1 calcium sodium base) before leaving the factory. During the continuous operation of the instrument, the lubricating grease should be added every six months, and the filling amount accounts for about 1 / 3 of the bearing space

4. The natural wear of the instrument is normal after long-term use. After using the instrument for one year, if it is found that the motor has abnormal noise, the rotating part of the bearing is worn, the belt is loose or cracked, and the electronic control element is invalid The company will continue to provide high-quality services to assist in handling such problems.
