3、 Structure overview
The electrothermal constant temperature blast drying oven is vertical in shape, beautiful and practical, and has a volume of 30L, 70L, 140L and 240L. Non specification can be specially processed according to the user's requirements. All specifications of the drying oven shell are welded with high-quality steel plate and sprayed with plastic on the surface. The inner steel plate is made of temperature resistant silver paint or stainless steel, with two to five layers of shelf. The middle layer is filled with ultra-fine glass wool for heat insulation. There are double glass observation windows in the box, and the heat-resistant silicone sealing strip is installed at the joint between the working room and the box to ensure the sealing between the working room and the box. The power switch, temperature controller and other operating parts of the drying oven are concentrated in the control position on the left side of the front of the box, and the vertical temperature control is concentrated at the bottom of the box.
The infrared heating constant temperature device in the box generates infrared heating through the infrared heating tube to improve the temperature rate. The infrared heating pipe penetrates into the heating pipe through special infrared material to produce infrared function after heating.
The temperature control instrument is of indicator needle and digital display type, with high temperature control precision. The set temperature and the temperature in the box are displayed by digital. The humidity setting device has protection device, and also has the functions of tracking alarm and timing.
4、 How to use it
1. Put the dried articles into the drying box, close the door of the box and turn on the power supply;
2. Turn the power switch to "I", then the power indicator is on, and the digital display temperature controller has digital display;
3. Adjust the temperature controller to rotate, set the required temperature, the heating indicator light is on, start to heat, and the temperature controller displays the temperature in the box. In general, after heating for 90 minutes, the temperature control will enter the constant temperature state. (Note: refer to "operation method" for intelligent temperature controller)
4. When the required working temperature is low, the secondary setting method can be adopted. If the working temperature is 80 ℃, 70 ℃ can be set for the first time. After the temperature overshoot starts to reverberate, set 80 ℃ again for the second time. This can reduce or even eliminate the phenomenon of temperature overshoot and make the box enter the constant temperature state as soon as possible.
5. After drying, turn the power switch to "0", but you can't open the box immediately to take out the articles. Be careful of scalding, open the door of the box to reduce the temperature in the box.
6. After the drying oven is finished, turn the power switch to "0", open the door of the oven, but do not take out the articles immediately to avoid scalding. Take out the articles after the humidity in the oven decreases.
5、 Precautions
1. The case shell must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use;
2. Turn off the power supply after use;
3. There is no explosion-proof device in the drying oven, and inflammable and explosive articles are not allowed to be put into the drying box;
4. The drying box should be placed in the room with good ventilation conditions, and no inflammable and explosive materials should be placed around it;
5. The articles in the box should not be too crowded, and space must be reserved to facilitate hot air circulation;
6. Keep the inside and outside of the box clean;
7. When the operating temperature is between 150 ℃ and 200 ℃, open the door after shutdown to reduce the temperature in the box.

Setting function
1. Temperature setting: press the function key to display "SP" in the upper window, and press the "}" and "}" keys until the number in the lower window is set to the required value.
2. Time setting: press the function key to display "ST" in the upper window, and press the "}" and "}" keys until the number in the lower window is set to the required value. If it is not necessary to set the time, the display value of the lower window is "0". Press the function key again to return to the standard mode.
Automatic setting function
1. After 20 seconds, the run light will flash, and the instrument will start self-tuning. After the self-tuning, the run light will go out, and a group of PID parameters will be obtained. The instrument will be controlled according to the new PID parameters, and the new PID parameters can be checked on the instrument.

Control parameter function
1. Press the function key for more than 4 seconds, then press the function key to find LK, press the "+" or "{" key to make the lower row display as 18, and then press the function key to find the prompt of the control parameters to be adjusted
2. Press "}" or "}" key to display the control parameter as the required value. Several control parameters can be adjusted at one time, and then press the function key for more than 4 seconds to return to the standard mode. (automatically return to standard mode after pressing for 1 minute without key)
3. The control effect is invalid if the parameters of CT and CL are not changed.
