1、 Features and uses

  The machine can be used safely under the condition that the ambient temperature is 5-40 ℃, the relative humidity is not more than 80%, and there is no conductive dust, explosive gas and corrosive gas around. Since the machine is equipped with a refrigeration unit, it can also be used in low-temperature environment according to the needs. Its minimum working temperature can reach - 10 ℃. Therefore, the operating conditions are superior and the application is more extensive.

 

2、 How it works

  Centrifuge is based on the principle of centrifugal sedimentation, so that cells (particles) with different density in the solution can be separated, concentrated or purified under the action of centrifugal force. The centrifugal tube with the same amount of test solution is placed symmetrically in the rotor tube hole. After the instrument is started, the relative centrifugal force (RCF) generated by the high-speed rotation of the motor drives the rotor to separate the cells (particles) with different densities in the test solution. The relative centrifugal force depends on the horizontal distance between the sample position and the axis, i.e. the rotation radius R and the rotational speed n. The calculation formula is as follows:

4、 Operating procedures

1. Place the centrifuge on a solid and flat table, pay attention to the four feet must be balanced force, gently shake with hand, check whether the centrifuge is placed stably.

2. Open the door cover, gently put the selected rotor on the motor shaft, screw on the nut to make the rotor and motor shaft tightly connected (pay attention to the action should be careful and gentle, avoid large swing and up and down pressure, so as to avoid damage to the flexible support of the motor). After that, rotate the rotor body gently, the rotor body should rotate flexibly, and the hanging cup (adapter) should tilt freely on the rotor body.

3. After weighing the centrifuge bottle and the solution in the bottle (the weight error of each centrifugal bottle should be ≤ 2G), put it into the hanging cup. If the rotor is equipped with an adapter, the adapter and test tube sleeve shall be weighed together with the centrifugal tube containing solution in the same way (the weight error between each adapter shall be ≤ 2G), and then the rotor body shall be put on to ensure the balanced operation of the instrument.

4. Close the door cover and check whether it is locked properly (gently lift the door cover after closing, the door cover can not be lifted).

5. Turn on the power and press the power switch.


 

Working state display: running, shutdown, door open.

Setting interface:

When the centrifugal unit is rpm, the maximum speed is displayed under the rotor setting, and when the centrifugal unit is RCF, the maximum centrifugal force is displayed under the rotor setting

When the centrifugal unit is set to rpm, the rotational speed is displayed, and the unit is R / min by default

When the centrifugal unit is set to RCF, the number of centrifugal forces is displayed, and the default is XG

The first gear is the fastest and the tenth is the slowest



Key function
The key function distribution is as follows:
Description of key function (refer to the previous setting interface for setting)

1. Press page up or page down to enter the setting interface. 1: select the parameters to be set by these two keys. To set the speed, turn the cursor down to the third setting item: speed item. If it is necessary to set centrifugal force or display centrifugal force, move the cursor to the centrifugal unit, select RCF, and then turn down the cursor to 3 items. At this time, the 3 items will be automatically converted to centrifugal force setting.

2. Press function plus and function minus to modify parameters. When the cursor selects an item, press these two keys to modify the value. If you want to set the speed from 4000 to 3000, press the [function minus] button, and the data will decrease faster by 50 times.

3. [clear key]: in parameter setting, pressing [clear] before pressing [set] can make the value of current item set by you return to the data before you start setting. Then reset it. When an alarm occurs, when the fault has been eliminated, you can press the [clear key] to clear the alarm display on the LCD screen and the buzzer sound! Otherwise, the fault alarm will continue!

4. [confirm key]: when you set all the parameters, press the confirm key, the system will save the data you set and make the centrifuge run according to the parameters you set, and the system will automatically load the data you set the next time you use the centrifuge.

5. [start key] and [stop key]: when the system is normal, press the start key to start the centrifuge. When the centrifuge is running, press the stop key to stop the centrifuge. When the centrifuge is in the stop state, press the stop key to open the door lock.

[special reminder] when setting temperature parameters, if the instrument needs to operate at low temperature (below zero degree centigrade or much lower than ambient temperature), precooling method should be adopted, that is, only temperature parameters are set according to the required low temperature, and other speed and time parameters are not set temporarily. Then start the instrument to cool down first (the empty rotor body and hanging cup or adapter with test tube sleeve are also precooled in the centrifugal chamber), and then set the speed, time and other parameters when precooling to the set low temperature, and put them into the centrifugal bottle (tube) containing solution to start separation and operation.

6. When the rotor stops completely, the door cover can be opened (if the electronic door lock cannot overcome the friction force between the door cover latch and the door lock latch due to the pressure of the door cover from the upper ventricular opening seal ring is too large, the electronic door lock can be opened by pressing the door cover with one hand and pressing the [stop] key with the other hand to open the door cover). Take out the centrifuge tube carefully to complete the whole process Separation process.

7. Turn off the power switch and cut off the power supply of centrifuge.

Users must strictly abide by the maximum speed limit in the table above, and overspeed is strictly prohibited to ensure the safe operation of the instrument.

The electronic door lock of the instrument has the function of power failure opening. In case of sudden power failure, you only need to press the door cover with one hand, and pull the small handle on the upper front of the left side of the instrument gently outward to open the door cover.


 

6、 Precautions

1. In order to ensure the safety and centrifugal effect, the instrument must be placed on a firm, shockproof and horizontal table, and the force on the four legs should be balanced.

2. The centrifuge bottle containing the solution (or the adapter with the centrifuge tube containing the solution) must be weighed. And the weight error between them must be less than 2G to ensure balanced operation. The nut connecting the rotor and the motor shaft must be tightened tightly.

3. Do not move the centrifuge during operation, and do not open the door cover.

4. When the rotor does not stop completely, do not force the rotor to slow down and stop ahead of time by hand (or other objects).

5. The instrument must be reliably grounded.

6. After the operation, if it is no longer used on the same day, the rotor and accessories should be removed and cleaned with neutral detergent, and the condensate in the centrifugal chamber should be wiped clean with dry cloth, and then allowed to dry naturally. At the same time, the power switch should be turned off and the power supply should be cut off.

7. When taking out the rotor, you must be very careful. The correct method is to use a non-metallic tool (such as a driver handle) or a copper rod to reach under the rotor body, gently knock the rotor body upward from many places, and repeat until the connection between the rotor body and the motor shaft is loosened. It is strictly forbidden to pull up directly by hand after loosening the nut, so as to avoid damaging the flexible support of the motor.

8. Check the rotor, hanging cup (adapter) and centrifugal tube for cracks and aging, and replace them immediately if any.


 

7、 Warranty instructions

This instrument is guaranteed for one year. During the warranty period, if the instrument is damaged due to human factors, the company shall pay appropriate repair fee when repairing. See warranty card for details.

The alarm function is described as follows:

1. Alarm "door open". If the door is not closed, start or open during operation, alarm will be given! During operation, the brake stops.

2. Alarm "unbalanced". That is, when abnormal vibration occurs during the operation of the centrifuge, the alarm will be given and the brake will be stopped.

3. Alarm "over temperature"

(1) When the temperature exceeds ± 6 degrees of the set temperature, the alarm will be given and the brake will be stopped.

(2) . temperature sensor failure alarm and brake shutdown

4. Alarm "overspeed"

When the speed exceeds ± 300r / min of the set value, the overspeed alarm is given and the brake is stopped.

5. If the motor does not rotate, the alarm "motor does not rotate"

When the instrument is started for 5 seconds, if the motor does not rotate, it will alarm "motor does not rotate: and shut down"

6. Communication alarm

If the display board cannot communicate with the control board, it will alarm "communication error"

7. When the control board has abnormal faults, such as over-voltage and over-current, the alarm system is wrong. Please check the circuit board.



  All the above alarms are displayed in the "fault" column. When there is a fault, the buzzer will sound for one minute and the alarm will stop. The alarm display must be cleared by pressing the clear key on the premise of troubleshooting. It can also solve the problem by pressing the clear key to clear the display and sound at the same time.

 

9、 Transportation and storage of instruments

1. Centrifuges are packed according to the requirements of rain proof, moisture-proof and shock proof when leaving the factory, and they are firmly positioned in the packing box. Users are not allowed to invert the packing box or throw it down or collide violently in order to avoid damaging the instrument or accessories;

2. If the instrument is not used for a long time, the instrument should be packed according to the requirements of moisture and shock resistance (the motor shaft should be coated with a thin layer of grease), and stored in a room with good ventilation and non corrosive gas with relative humidity not more than 90% at - 5-40 ℃.


 

10、 Unpacking and inspection of instruments

1. Place according to the "up" sign of the packing box, open the packing box and take out the instrument.

2. Check and check the instruments and accessories according to the packing list attached in the packing box. If there is any error, please contact the supplier or contact our sales department directly.
