3、 Operation method of magnetic heating agitator with heat collecting type

1. When the power supply and the cup are ready, open the cover of the stainless steel container, put the cup in the middle of the stainless steel container, add heat transfer oil or silicone oil to the stainless steel container to the appropriate height, and put the stirrer into the solution of the cup. Turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on, rotate the speed control potentiometer clockwise, and the speed is convenient from slow to fast. Adjust to the required speed.

2. When heating, connect the temperature sensor probe, clamp the probe on the bracket, and move the bracket so that the temperature sensor probe can be inserted into the solution at least 5cm, but it can not affect the stirrer.

3. Turn on the power switch. After about 1 minute, the red number on the upper row of the instrument will display 400, and the lower row will be 0.0. After 30 seconds of static, the upper display value will be the current water temperature. Press the / set key, the upper row will display SP, and press the} or} keys, Make the lower row display the required set temperature, press the / set key again, the upper row display is st, still press the / set key again, return to the actual temperature displayed on the upper row, at this time, after a few seconds, the intelligent meter starts to memorize.

  If you want to change the parameters of the smart meter, such as resetting a higher temperature (or the original set error is too large), if you want to change the parameters of the smart meter, such as resetting the higher temperature (or the original set temperature error is too large), you need to press the / set key, the upper row displays SP, press the ＋ or} key to make the lower row display the required temperature, and then press the / set key, the upper row displays st, and still press /Set key, the upper row shows the actual temperature. At this time, press and hold the / at key for 20 seconds, the run light will flash, and the instrument will start self-tuning. After two times of automatic back and forth (that is, when the automatic temperature rises to the set temperature, the heating will stop, and when the temperature is lower than the set temperature, the run light will go out, and the instrument will get a set of parameters that will never change and can overcome the over temperature. Press the / set key, the upper row is displayed as SP, and the lower row is displayed as the temperature to be set by pressing the ＋ or} key.

4. If the agitator jumps during operation, please turn off the power supply and turn it on again. Adjust the speed from slow to fast to make it return to normal production.

4、 Notice of magnetic heating agitator with heat collecting type

1. In order to ensure your personal safety, please use the three-phase safety socket, which must be properly grounded.

2. Generally, the heating time should not be too long. Intermittent use can prolong the service life. It can work continuously for 8 hours at medium speed and 4 hours at high speed.

3. Do not turn on the temperature control switch when the stainless steel container is not filled with heat transfer oil or connected with the temperature sensor, so as to avoid damage to the electric heating tube and thermostatic meter.
