ConsultingRefrigeration cycle tank, also known as low temperature constant temperature bath, is a high-precision constant temperature source with refrigeration and heating, and has the function of a small water chiller. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, biochemical, physical properties, testing and chemical analysis, colleges and universities, factory laboratories and measurement and quality inspection departments. According to the different opening size of the bath, the constant temperature experiment can be carried out in the bath, and it can also be connected with other equipment through the hose to match with the constant temperature source. Internal circulation: through the cyclic huff and puff of the liquid medium in the tank by the pump, the uniformity of the temperature in the tank is increased and the temperature fluctuation is reduced. External circulation: through the circulation capacity of the pump, the heat preservation hose is connected with the external equipment by the water outlet to form a closed loop, which flows back to the water inlet of the equipment, which is to lead the constant temperature medium in the tank out and establish the external constant temperature field. Low temperature tank structure:
The structure of the low-temperature constant temperature cooker is metal rectangle. The shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate. The stainless steel inner tank, digital temperature controller, power supply and water pump are all installed in the control box.

Set temperature of low temperature tank:
Press set key to set or view the temperature set point. Press the set key once, and the nixie tube character starts to flash, indicating that the instrument enters the setting state. Press the △ key to increase the setting value, and press the ▽ key to decrease the setting value. If you press the △ key or ▽ key for a long time, the data will change rapidly. If you press the set key again, the instrument will return to the normal working state. After the temperature is set, the heating and circulating pump switches can be started. (if the temperature controller is intelligent, the temperature control manual shall be attached).
Application range of low temperature tank:
Low temperature constant temperature bath is suitable for direct heating and cooling of precise constant temperature in biology, chemistry, physics, plant, chemical engineering, etc.
Usage of cryogenic tank:
Before use, please read the manual carefully and be familiar with the instrument and control panel. Use a megohmmeter to measure the power supply, plug and ground for poor insulation or short circuit. Set the experimental temperature according to the temperature setting method. After the temperature is constant, the experiment can be started. If tap water is used, clean the thermostatic pot once after each use to prevent the temperature sensitivity from being affected by scale accumulation on the heater
