3、 Inspection before operation

1. Confirm whether the power supply and grounding wire are properly connected and grounded according to the specifications.

2. Check whether the over temperature protection switch is set correctly.

4、 Precautions

1. The case shell must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use;

2. Turn off the power supply after use;

3. There is no explosion-proof device in the incubator, and inflammable and explosive articles are not allowed to be put into the incubator;

4. The incubator should be placed in the room with good ventilation conditions, and inflammable and explosive materials should not be placed around the incubator;

5. The articles in the box should not be too crowded, and space must be reserved to facilitate hot air circulation;

6. Keep the inside and outside of the box clean;

7. When the service temperature exceeds 50, open the door after shutdown to reduce the temperature in the box.

7、 Instructions for use

Set speed:

   press set key to set or view the speed set point, Press the set key once, and the nixie tube character starts to flash, indicating that the instrument enters the setting state. Press the Δ key to increase the setting value, and press the ▽ key to decrease the setting value. After setting the required speed, press the set key to exit, and then press start to enter the start working state. Long press the Δ key or the ▽ key, and the data will change rapidly. Once again, the instrument will return to normal working state and the temperature setting is completed.

1. Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, the whole machine is powered on, and the power indicator in the switch is on

2. Please refer to the manual of intelligent digital temperature controller for temperature control setting. Keep dry and ventilated. All switches on the front panel should be in non working state. The experimental samples placed in the incubator should be kept at a proper distance. It is conducive to the convection circulation of cold and hot air. Turn on the power supply, turn on the switch, and the indicator light is on; select the culture temperature.

3. Instrument operation instructions: This machine has a separate operation manual for digital display meter. Each instrument has more accurate instructions for operation method. Therefore, please read the instrument operation manual carefully during operation to avoid setting errors.

4. The incubator has a power-off protection function and a minute and a half delay function. After the compressor is shut down, restart it for about one minute. If the ambient temperature around the instrument exceeds 25 ℃, please turn on the air conditioner in the laboratory and adjust the ambient temperature to less than 25 ℃. Otherwise, the refrigeration effect of the compressor will be prolonged, so as not to delay your experiment.
