4、 Instructions for full temperature oscillation incubator:

1. The instrument should be placed on the flat ground, the environment should be clean and tidy, dry and ventilated.

2. Before using the instrument, all control switches should be in non working state, and the speed control knob should be at the minimum position.

3. In order to ensure good balance performance of the instrument during oscillation and avoid large vibration, all bottle positions should be filled during bottling, and the culture medium of each bottle should be roughly equal. If the culture medium is insufficient, the test bottle can be placed symmetrically.

4. Turn on the external power supply, turn the power switch to the "on" position, and the indicator light will be on.

5. Select the culture temperature: please refer to the instruction manual.

6. Turn on the "oscillation switch", the indicator light is on, slowly adjust the speed control knob to increase the required speed.

The service life of the instrument can be prolonged if it is used at medium speed within the speed range.

7. Before each shutdown, all control switches should be in non working state and cut off the power supply.

8. Precautions:

a: The oscillators of two groups of oscillators are respectively controlled by their own "oscillation switch" and "speed regulation knob".

b: The full temperature oscillation incubator is not suitable for the cultivation of articles containing volatile chemical solvents, low concentration explosive gases, low ignition gases and toxic substances.

 

5、 Maintenance of full temperature oscillation incubator:

1. Correct use and attention to the maintenance of the instrument, make it in a good working state, can extend the service life of the instrument.

2. After the refrigeration system stops working, clean the working chamber and glass observation window with a soft cloth.

During the continuous operation of the instrument, regular inspection should be carried out every three months; check whether there are water drops and dirt falling on the motor and exposed refrigeration components; clean the dust and dirt on the compressor and condenser; check the fuse, control element and fastening screw.

3. The bearing of the oscillation transmission part of the full temperature oscillation incubator has been filled with an appropriate amount of grease (No. 1 calcium sodium base) before leaving the factory. During the continuous operation of the instrument, the lubricating grease should be filled every six months, and the filling amount accounts for about 1 / 3 of the bearing space.
