3. Structure overview

  The external shape of the electric constant temperature incubator is vertical, the box body and the outer box door are made of high-quality steel plate, the surface is electrostatic spraying, and the inner door is made of toughened glass. The cultivation articles in the box can be clearly observed without opening the inner door. The workroom adopts steel plate or stainless steel plate, and the shelf can be easily moved and the height of the shelf can be changed arbitrarily. A silicone rubber sealing ring is installed between the working room and the inner door of the toughened glass, and a small low-noise fan is installed on the top of the working room, which is blown by the breeze to ensure the temperature uniformity in the box. The box shell and the working room are filled with ultra-fine glass wool for heat insulation.

Setting function

a. Temperature setting: turn on the power switch, and the upper window will display the ambient temperature. Normal temperature: press the function key set, press the "}" and "{" keys to get the temperature value you need.

b. Time setting: press and hold the function key for 3 seconds, the upper window will display "ST", continue to press the set key until the last letter Ti appears, and then press again to enter the time setting. After setting the time, press the set key again to confirm. The time setting value is 0-999 minutes. If it is not necessary to set the time to be normally open, the Ti value is set to 0, then confirm, and the display value of the lower window is "no" 。 Press the function key again to return to the standard mode.

4、 Adjustment parameter SC:

  Press the set key for 3 seconds and enter the internal parameter setting and adjustment interface. The interface shows that SC is the error calibration value, which indicates the error between the measured value and the actual value of the temperature controller. The default value is 0.0. You can press the set key again to display the flashing number to enter the adjustment state (the following parameter setting method is the same), and press the up or down button to adjust the value. （-9.9~9.9）

E: After setting, press the set key to enter the next parameter adjustment. The interface shows that e represents the advance of breakpoint control (only effective when p value is set to 0). The default value is 0.5, and the adjustment method is the same as that of SC.

P: Then press the set key to enter the third parameter. The interface shows that P indicates the setting of P value, and the meaning of P value is roughly the starting control temperature = set value - (10 / P value). If it is set to 50 degrees, when p is 10, it means that 49 degrees begin to control; when p is 4, it means that adjustment begins at 47.5 degrees. If the temperature overshoot is too large, adjust the p value appropriately. If the temperature rises too slowly or the control temperature is not reached, adjust the p value appropriately. Note: when p value is 0, the breakpoint control mode is entered. That is, the PID of the system fails. When the temperature is lower than (set value - E value), the heating will be started, otherwise the heating will be stopped.

c: Press set key to enter parameter C. the last parameter is reserved in the system temporarily. Please do not adjust it. The default value is 10.0.

Al: press the set key to enter the setting of parameter Al, which indicates the high temperature alarm value. That is, when the temperature > set temperature + Al, the instrument will alarm at high temperature.

Ti: press the set key to enter the setting of parameter ti. Ti is the timer and the unit is minutes. 0 means that the timing mode is off; otherwise, when the Ti value of the instrument works for minutes, it will enter the stop state and stop the output of the load end.

After setting all parameters, press set key to save parameters and return to normal working state.

Note: other functions have been debugged before leaving the factory, and should not be corrected in use. The power switch, power indicator and temperature control instrument are all set on the upper part of the incubator. The temperature control instrument has high temperature control precision, the set temperature and time are digital display, and the set temperature has protection device and tracking alarm function.

5、 How to use it

1. Turn the power switch to "I", then the power indicator is on, and the temperature controller has digital display.

2. Temperature setting: click the setting key: the ambient temperature appears on the display screen, and then press the increase or decrease key until the required value.

3. During the cultivation of articles, it is better not to open the glass door, especially the inner door for a long time, so as to avoid affecting the temperature.

4. Select the cultivation time according to the needs. After the cultivation, turn the power switch to "O". If you don't take out the articles immediately, please don't open the box door.

6、 Precautions

1. The outer shell of the incubator must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.

2. The incubator should not be placed in the room with good ventilation conditions, and inflammable and explosive materials should not be placed around the incubator.

3. The articles in the box should not be too crowded, and space must be reserved.

4. The inside and outside of the box should be kept clean. If it is not used for a long time, it should be covered with plastic dust cover and placed in the drying room.

5. It is normal to have overshoot at the beginning of each use. The culture should be placed after the temperature is stable.
