5、 Instructions for use:

1. In the speed range of use, the general speed of 0-140 rpm is more appropriate. Medium speed operation can prolong the service life of the instrument.

2. The instrument should be placed on a firm worktable with clean and tidy environment, moderate temperature and good ventilation.

3. Turn on the external power supply, put the power switch on, and the indicator light will be on.

4. Set speed and time

  Press the set key to enter the speed setting mode to set or view the set value. Seeing the number in the upper row flashing indicates that in the speed setting mode, press the up button to increase the setting value, and the down button to decrease the setting value. If you keep pressing it, it will increase or decrease to the value you need. After setting, press the set key to switch to the time setting mode, and you can see that the number in the lower row flickers in the time setting mode To set the hours first, press the up button to increase the setting value, and the down button to decrease the setting value. After setting, press the set key to switch to the minute setting, press the up button to increase the setting value, and the down button to decrease the setting value. After all parameters are set, press set key to exit setting mode, save setting value and return to normal working measurement mode.

When the time is set to zero, it means the normal open mode, and the timing function is off.

5. Start and close the motor

  Press the start key to start or close the motor. After setting the speed, press the start key to start the motor. The red light on the left is off and the green light is on. The output starts until the motor is constant at the set speed. When running to the set time, stop output, left green light off, red light on. Press the start key to turn off the output during operation.

6. Clamp the test bottle. When the bottles are loaded on the vertical table, the overweight bottles should not be placed at both ends of the table. The culture medium of each bottle should be approximately equal. If the number of culture bottles is insufficient, the test bottles can be placed symmetrically or filled with other equal amount of solution to fill the space.

6、 Maintenance

1. Correct use and attention to the maintenance of the instrument, make it in a good working state, can extend the service life of the instrument.

2. During the continuous operation of the instrument, regular inspection should be carried out every three months: check whether water and dirt fall on the motor and control unit; check the fuse, control element and fastening screw.

3. The bearing of transmission part has been filled with proper amount of grease (No.1 calcium sodium base) before delivery. During continuous operation of the instrument, grease should be added every six months, and the filling amount accounts for about I / 3 of the bearing space.

4. The natural wear of the instrument is normal after long-term use. After using the instrument for one year, if it is found that the motor has abnormal noise, the transmission part bearing is worn, the belt is loose or cracked, and the electronic control element is invalid The company will continue to provide high-quality services to assist in handling such problems.

Special tips are as follows:

1. If the instrument display is out of control suddenly, check whether the external load has short circuit or open circuit.

2. When the machine is in use, errors may occur, and system failure may occur when it is out of control. Please install external protection circuit devices (such as leakage protector, air switch, etc.)

3. When the machine is working, it should be placed on a stable and firm worktable, and should not be used on the worktable with inflammable, explosive and temperature resistant

4. It is forbidden to use this machine in places with inflammable and explosive gas, corrosive gas and steam emission

5. When the machine is in working state, special personnel must be assigned to take care of it. Do not touch the working container by hand to prevent collision.
