1、 Introduction

3、 How to use it
  First of all, please take off the stainless steel cover of the oscillator and add water into the water tank. According to the needs of the experiment, the amount of water should be controlled, but at least the water surface should be higher than the heating pipe to prevent the heating pipe from burning out. Generally, it is better to add 2 / 3 of the water tank. If too much water is added, the water will overflow and affect the experiment, Turn on the timer until it is normally closed "on" or you need to set the time, the indicator light is on, indicating that the power supply in the machine has been connected, and the oscillation frequency is controlled by the speed control knob, and it is adjusted from low speed to high speed from left to right.


Set temperature:
   press the set key to set or view the temperature set point. Press the set key once, and the nixie tube character will start to flash, indicating that the instrument enters the setting state. Press the Δ key to increase the setting value, press the ▽ key to decrease the setting value. Long press the Δ key or ▽ key, and the data will change rapidly. Once again, the instrument will return to normal working state and the temperature setting is completed. When the set temperature is lower than the ambient temperature, please turn on the refrigeration switch.



4、 Precautions
1. The instrument shell should be properly grounded to avoid accidents.

2. All kinds of liquids are forbidden to enter the machine, so as to avoid damaging the host.

3. When not in use, the power supply should be cut off, the water tank should be wiped dry and placed in a ventilated and dry place.

 

5、 Operating instructions for gas bath thermostatic oscillator:

1. Fill the test bottle and keep balance. If it is a dual function machine, set the oscillation mode. (see the final figure for detailed settings)

2. Turn on the power supply and set the timing time according to the machine surface scale. If it needs to work for a long time, set the timer to the "normally open" position.

3. Turn on the power switch and set the constant temperature:

(1) Set the small control switch to the "setting" section, and the temperature displayed on the display is the set temperature. Adjust the knob to set the temperature you need. (the working temperature set by you should be higher than the ambient temperature. At this time, the machine starts to heat up and the yellow indicator light is on, otherwise the machine will not work.)

(2) Place the small switch of the control part at the "measurement" end. At this time, the temperature displayed on the display screen is the actual temperature of the air in the test chamber. With the change of the air temperature in the box, the number displayed will also change accordingly.

(3) When heating to the temperature you need, the heating will automatically stop and the green indicator light will be on; when the heat emission in the test chamber is lower than the temperature set by you, a new round of heating will start again.

4. Turn on the oscillation device:

(1) Turn on the oscillation switch on the control panel, and the indicator light will be on.

(2) Adjust the oscillation speed knob to the desired oscillation frequency.

5. After work, cut off the power supply and set the speed control knob and temperature control knob to the lowest point.

6. Clean the machine and keep it clean.


Precautions for gas bath thermostatic oscillator:

1. The appliance should be placed on a firm working table, and the environment should be clean and tidy with good ventilation.

2. The power socket provided by users should be well grounded.

3. It is strictly forbidden to move the machine during normal operation.

4. Do not hit the machine.

5. Children are not allowed to approach the machine to prevent accidents.

6. Make sure that the power supply has been cut off before replacing the fuse.

7. Please clean the machine after use, no water drop or dirt remains.
