  When using, the oil should be added into the pot first, and then the power supply should be connected. The heating pipe should not expose the oil surface, so as to avoid damaging the heating pipe and causing leakage. Set temperature: press set key to set or view the temperature set point. Press set key once, and the nixie tube character starts to flash, indicating that the instrument enters the setting state. Press the Δ key to increase the setting value, press the ▽ key to decrease the setting value. Long press the Δ key or ▽ key, and the data will change rapidly. Once again, the set key will return to the normal working state, and the temperature setting is completed.

5、 Precautions:
1. The instrument shell should be properly grounded to avoid accidents.

2. It is strictly forbidden to dry burn without adding oil. Special personnel should be assigned to take care of high temperature operation to avoid accidents.

3. When not in use, the power supply should be cut off, the water tank should be wiped dry and placed in a ventilated and dry place.
