1、 Purpose
Electric constant temperature water bath pot is widely used in distillation, drying, concentration and impregnation of chemicals or biological products.
2、 Type
It can be divided into single column and double column (see the following description)
The heating power of HH-1 with single row and 1 hole is 300W,
The heating power of single row 2-hole hh-2 is 600W, and that of double row 4-hole hh-4 is 1000W
The heating power of single row 4-hole hh-4 is 1000W, and that of double row 6-hole HH-6 is 1500W
The heating power of single row 6-hole HH-6 is 1500W, and that of double row 8-hole hh-8 is 2000W
3、 Structure
This product is a flume type, with a maximum aperture of 12 cm on the mouth surface and a cover of four circles per hole. The inner pot is made of imported stainless steel. The shell is made of high-quality thin plate and sprayed with plastic. The electric heating tube is installed in the middle of water, which can heat quickly and save power consumption. 4、 Usage
a) When using, water must be added into the pot first, and then the power supply is connected. Set temperature: press set key to set or view the temperature set point. Press set key once, and the nixie tube character starts to flash, indicating that the instrument enters the setting state. Press the Δ key to increase the setting value, press the ▽ key to decrease the setting value. Long press the Δ key or ▽ key, and the data will change rapidly. Once again, the set key will return to the normal working state, and the temperature setting is completed.
b) Advance setting: press set key for 3 seconds, and the instrument will enter the inner parameter setting state. The first parameter that appears and flashes is eoo, that is, the advance amount of heating stop. The advance parameter should be carefully adjusted. In order to reduce the temperature overshoot, the heating will be stopped in advance when the instrument controls the heating output. When the temperature drops below the advance value, the heating will start again. The output (relay) will not act within the range of the set value and advance amount, so as to reduce the relay action times and delay Long relay life. Example: if the set value is 50 ℃, the advance is 0. 5. Instrument control heating to 49. At 5 ℃, the relay releases and the temperature drops to 50. 0℃-0。 At 5 ℃, the relay is closed again. The larger the advance, the less the relay action times. If the advance is too large, the accuracy will be reduced. After adjusting the advance parameter, press set key for 3 seconds, and the instrument will return to normal working state.
c) Error correction: when confirming that the value displayed by the instrument is not the correct measurement value, the displayed value can be corrected. Press set key for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument,. The first parameter that appears and flashes is eoo, that is, the advance value. Press the set key again to appear and flash, that is, the error correction parameter. This parameter can be modified with Δ or ▽ keys. The error correction range is - 9.9 ℃ to + 9.9 ℃, and then press the set key to exit. The correction value is 0 when the instrument is delivered from the factory. 0. When using, it is necessary to prevent the instrument with correct display from being corrected to incorrect.
Do not add too much water in the pot, so as to avoid water overflowing out of the boiler when boiling. Pay attention to that the water in the pot can not make the electric heating pipe out of the water surface, so as to avoid burning the electric heating pipe and causing water leakage.
5、 Precautions
(1) In order to ensure safety, please connect the ground wire when using.
(2) Do not add water and dry burn.
(3) When not working, the power should be cut off to prevent accidents.
