1. Set temperature: press the set key to set the temperature. Press the set key to set the temperature. Press the set key to set the temperature of the instrument. Once again, the instrument returns to the normal working state and the temperature is set.

2. Sensor error correction: when reconfirming that the value displayed by the instrument is not the correct measurement value, the displayed value can be corrected. Press set key for 3 seconds, and the instrument will enter the inner menu. After the parameter SC is selected, this parameter can be modified by using the Δ or ▽ keys. The correction range of sensor error is from + 50 ℃ to - 50 ℃. After correction, press set key for 3 seconds to exit. The correction value of the instrument is 0 when it is delivered from the factory. It is necessary to prevent the instrument with correct display from being corrected to incorrect.

3. Start up self-tuning: This product can adapt to most control systems. Only when the control effect is not ideal can self-tuning be started. Press set key for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument. After selecting the parameter at, cooperate with the Δ or ▽ key to start self-tuning. At this time, the at indicator light starts to flash, and the instrument enters the automatic setting parameter working state. The instrument control heating system fluctuates two times around the set point When the at light is off, the self-tuning is finished, and the new PID parameters are locked in the chip.

Use and precautions of stainless steel electric heating plate:
1. Please wipe the working face clean before use, and there are no water drops, dirt, scale and other foreign bodies on it.

2. Turn on the power supply, turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on, the temperature control type sets the required temperature value, and the electric heating plate is in working state.

3. When the electric heating plate is in working state, special personnel shall be assigned to take care of it.

4. After work, turn off the power switch, cut off the power supply and wipe off the overflow.

5. When the working face is not completely cooled, please do not place inflammable and explosive articles on the worktable.
