3、 Instrument use and maintenance:

1. When using the instrument of our company, please first check whether the accessories are complete. Put the beaker or other containers to be stirred in the middle of the mixing tray, add the solution, put the stirrer in the beaker solution, and then plug in the power plug of the instrument. Please connect the plug, motor, prop and accessories between the parts, add appropriate water, connect the power supply and turn on the switch Turn on the speed control switch according to your own requirements to adjust the mixing speed. If heating is needed, turn on the heating switch. When not heating, please turn off the heating switch to prevent long-term heating and pay attention to safety.

2. The speed regulation is gradually adjusted from low speed to high speed. It is not allowed to start directly at high speed, so as to prevent the agitator from being out of sync, causing jumping and running deviation. It is not allowed to add it when it is not stirring, and cut off the power supply when it is not working,

3. The instrument shell should be properly grounded to avoid accidents. Liquid is strictly prohibited to enter into the machine to prevent damage to the host machine. After use, the power supply should be cut off and placed in a ventilated and dry place.

4. In case of pulsating or non stirring during mixing, please cut off the power supply and check whether the bottom of the running beaker is flat and the position is positive. At the same time, check whether the current voltage is between 220 V and 10 V, otherwise the above situation will occur.

5. Generally, the heating time should not be too long. Intermittent use can prolong the service life of the instrument. Medium speed operation can work continuously. High speed operation is better for intermittent use. After the experiment, please wipe the tray of the instrument, and no water drops and dirt are allowed.
