Usage of multi head agitator:

  When using the multi head mixer, please first check whether the accessories are complete, then install the fixture in order, put the beaker to be stirred in the middle of the chrome plate, add the solution, put the stirrer in the beaker solution, then plug in the power plug of the instrument, turn on the power supply, turn on the power speed switch, the indicator light is on, and then start to work. The speed regulation is gradually adjusted from low speed to high speed, It is not allowed to start the high speed gear directly, so as to avoid the agitator from jumping out of sync. The temperature control is to insert the probe into the socket and set the temperature control knob to the required temperature. The power supply should be cut off when it is not working. To ensure safety, please connect the ground wire when using it. The instrument should be kept clean and dry, and no solution is allowed to enter the machine, so as to avoid damage to the machine parts and avoid severe vibration

Precautions for multi head agitator:

1. When the stirrer jumps or does not stir, please cut off the power supply to check whether the bottom of the beaker is flat and the position is correct. At the same time, please check whether the current voltage is between 220 V + 10 V, otherwise the above situation will occur

2. The heating time should not be too long, and the service life of the gap can be prolonged

3. It can work continuously at medium speed.
