3. Structure features of light incubator
1. The outer shell of the device is cold-rolled steel plate, the surface is electrostatic spraying technology, the inner liner is engineering plastic or stainless steel, and the insulation layer is formed from polyester foam. The light transmission window is made of double-layer hollow glass to ensure the thermal insulation performance inside the box. The inside of the box has cold and hot air duct box with smooth gas circulation and more even temperature.

2. The temperature control system of the device uses advanced electronic circuits to achieve analog control.The PID method is used to adjust the environment temperature change, power supply voltage fluctuation, load change and many other factors synthetically. In addition, the heating execution system uses zero-crossing non-contact switch circuit technology, thus the pulse width-modulation method is used to heat and refrigerate, and the temperature control accuracy reaches the target with a resolution of 0.1 C.

A. Ambient temperature: 10-30 C;

B. No strong light, no strong corrosive gas, good ventilation, relative humidity below 85%;

C. Use power supply: ~200V +10%, 50HZ.A power outlet with a ground wire and a capacity of not less than 1 KW;

1. Plug in the power supply, set the power switch in the ON position, then the power indicator lights up, press the Power key, all the digital display "888..."The indicator lights up completely, after showing 4S, the control enters the running state, which is displayed on power-up when the operating time is recorded in reverse_Seconds flicker.

2 "Query key shows the parameter settings during this time run period, and then click Query key to display the actual parameters.

3. Press the settings key 4S for a long time to enter the 24-segment parameter settings, the settings indicator lights up, and the time window displays "P-01" to indicate the first segment parameter settings (i.e. the parameters within the first hour, i.e. the 24:00-23:00 time period).(Lighting 1 window flickers, you can modify the illumination setting value (0-4) (0.0-60.0) C of the first segment by Delta/key, then press the exit key to return to the illumination setting state.Press the settings key again, and the time window shows "P-02" to enter the second parameter setting, cycle through 24 segments, each segment represents the settings for each hour.Press the set key frequently to exit the set state.

4. When setting, keep the setting state in line with the natural environment as far as possible.

If set in the morning, light and temperature values can be set first, and no light can be set when entering the evening according to the time period.

For example, if it starts at 8 a.m., the entry parameters can be set to 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. illumination, i.e. parameter P1 - P8 time period illumination setting, and P9 - P24 can be set to no or weak illumination.

5. During operation, if it is found that the temperature control accuracy is poor, press the temperature key 4S for a long time to enter the internal parameter state, adjust the parameters, adjust the parameters, and then press the temperature key to exit the parameter setting.

6. The adjustment method is detailed in the attached instructions for the use of the computer controller GP-1 of the light incubator.

 
5. Notes
A) After the device has landed, if the ground is not smooth, it should be padded.

B) The equipment should be moved in parallel and the inclination angle in either direction should be less than 45 degrees.

C) When the device is in normal operation, the placement of the contents in the box should not affect the air circulation to ensure even temperature and humidity in the box.

D) Wipe the inner liner of the box wall and the surface of the equipment frequently to keep them clean.

E) If the equipment is not used for a long time, the power cord should be removed to prevent the device from being charged to injure people.It should also run for 2-3 days on a regular basis (generally in the first quarter) to remove the moisture of the electrical components and avoid damaging the related components.
