  The working table of the centrifuge should be balanced and fixed. The working room should be clean, dry and well ventilated. The ambient temperature should be 5 ~ 35 ℃. Before opening the centrifuge, wipe the rotating head clean, put the test tube with the same weight, close the centrifuge cover, adjust the speed control knob to increase the required speed (high speed start is strictly prohibited).

Maintenance:

  After each use, turn off the power supply, clean and wipe the inner cavity and rotating head, and cover the centrifugal cover. The high wear-resistant carbon brush of the motor should be replaced in time after using for 5000 hours to avoid wearing the commutator. After long-term use, the natural wear of centrifuge is normal. 3、 Instructions for table type electric centrifuge:

    This machine adopts three hole safety socket. The ground wire should be properly connected before use. When working, the machine should be placed on a flat and firm table.

The specific operation must follow the following steps:

 a. Open the cover plate and carefully place the specimen in the centrifuge tube. Note: the symmetrical centrifugal protective tube must be put into the tube and weighed with the same quality.The weight deviation of the test tube is no more than 1G.

b. Close the cover plate and adjust the speed to the required value (high speed starting is strictly prohibited).

c. Turn on the power and the centrifuge will work.

After the machine is used, turn off the switch, clean and wipe the inner cavity and rotating head, and cover the centrifugal cover. Put the machine in a dry, ventilated and cool place and keep it clean.
