Overview of desktop centrifuge:
The centrifugal separation technology of desktop centrifuge is a new technology developed according to the state of particles in a practical centrifugal situation. This machine adopts brushless DC motor, microcomputer control, RCF automatic calculation and setting. There are a variety of program protection. How to use desktop centrifuge:
First, the centrifuge tube of the machine is added with the materials to be separated and inserted into the centrifuge head hole respectively. The quality of the material added in each centrifuge tube must be basically the same. Close the cover plate, turn on the power supply, select the required speed and working time according to the instructions on the panel, and then press the approval key and start key, and then the centrifuge starts to work. When the set working time is reached, the alarm will sound automatically.

1. Set the rotor number
The rotor number represents the selected rotor
The operation is as follows:
(1) In the non setting state, press the "set key" to enter the rotor number setting state. At this time, the rotor number position nixie tube flashes.
(2) The rotor number can be set by operating the "up" or "down" keys, and the set value can be saved by pressing the "confirm" key.
(3) The adjustable range depends on the selected model.
2. Set the speed
Speed is the speed at which the machine is running, in rpm.
The operation is as follows:
(1) In the non setting state, press the "set key" twice to enter the speed setting state. At this time, the speed position nixie tube flashes.
(2) The speed can be set by operating the "up" or "down" keys, and the set value can be saved by pressing the "confirm" key.
(3) The adjustable range depends on the selected model and rotor number.
3. Set the time
Time is the time that the machine runs, in minutes. Countdown display after start-up.
The operation is as follows:
(1) In the non setting state, press the "set key" three times to enter the time setting state. At this time, the time position nixie tube flashes.
(2) The time can be set by operating the "up" or "down" keys, and the set value can be saved by pressing the "confirm" key.
(3) Adjustable range: 1-99 points.
4. Check the centrifugal force value
The centrifugal force is the corresponding value of the current displayed speed, in X G.
The operation is as follows:
Press the "centrifugal force key" to switch the display between rotating speed and centrifugal force. The centrifugal force display has a decimal point to distinguish the display of rotating speed.
5. Operation
"Start key" starts the motor operation.
(1) The function of the key is invalid in the setting state.
(2) The key is invalid in the fault state
When the set time of the machine is finished, the machine will stop automatically, and the buzzer will sound after the machine stops completely.
6. Stop
The "stop key" multiplexes the functions of error elimination, beep elimination, shutdown and unlocking.
(1) When the buzzer calls, press this key to stop the buzzer.
(2) Press this key in the error state to eliminate the error code.
(3) Press this key in the running state to stop the machine.
(4) In standby mode, it can be unlocked.
7. Fault type
When there is a fault, the fault code will be displayed on the nixie tube, such as "E1". The corresponding relationship between code and fault is as follows:
E1: imbalance;
E2: overspeed;
E3: door cover error;
E4: Hall error
E5: overpressure during braking;
E6: over current;
E7: no speed measurement;
E8: communication error;
E9: overpressure except brake;
