Safety notice:

  Before operation, check whether there is corrosion damage; whether the centrifugal tube is damaged; when the rotor is running, please do not contact the rotating head in operation; it is strictly forbidden to operate under the unbalanced loading condition of the rotating head.

instructions:

  The working table of centrifuge should be balanced and fixed. The working room should be clean, dry and well ventilated. The ambient temperature should be 5-35 ℃. Open the centrifuge and wipe the inner chamber and the rotating head. Put the test tube with the same weight, close the centrifuge cover, and adjust the speed control knob to increase the required speed. Before each shutdown, the speed control knob must be set to the minimum position. Set "timer" to "zero", turn off the power switch and cut off the power supply. Wipe the inner chamber and rotating head, and close the centrifuge cover.

Maintenance:

  Do not put any objects on the centrifuge cover. After each use, be sure to clean and wipe the inner cavity and rotating head, and cover the centrifugal cover. Open the centrifuge cover and dry the inner chamber for a period of time. The high wear-resistant carbon brush of the motor should be replaced in time after using for 5000 hours to avoid wearing the commutator. After long-term use, the natural wear of centrifuge is normal. After one year's use, if there is any fault or difficulty, our company will continue to provide high-quality service and help to deal with it.
